Description
Snow Crown’s vigor and rapid growth produces large, fully-domed curds with a mild and sweet flavor. One of the earliest of all thel cauliflowers. Long wrappers provide excellent protection. Good for Fall and Spring planting. Heads are 7 – 8 inches across of snow-white quality and weigh approximately 2 pounds. Holds well in the field for longer harvesting and maintains it’s fine eating flavor. Tolerant to mildew. AAS Winner
