Description

A productive hybrid with mild flavor and no trace of bitterness – not a ‘burp’ in a bushel. Vigorous vines produce a heavy corp of slim, meduim-dark green fuits 10- to 12 inches long, which are slim, dark green and very mild. The cuke does not need peeling. Flesh is pure white, crips and tender with thin sking. The plant has excellent disease resistance. Sweet and burpless, not bitter at all. The vines are very vigorous vines with excellent yields are highly disease resistant.Direct-sow seeds in a sunny spot after all danger of frost is past, or start indoors and transplant when the first true leaf appears. Cucumbers can be allowed to grow on the ground, but for longer, straighter fruit and to save garden space, grow them in a cage or on a trellis, allowing 1 foot between plants. Keep them well-watered, and keep the fruits picked promptly.
