Description

The Edward J. Gardner Lilac tree is a French Hybrid which produces and incredible display of double pink flowers and is a superb selection for its outstanding beauty and excellent form. Edward J. Gardner Lilac trees bloom a little later in spring than most other lilac tree varieties and grow to 10 feet tall and 6-8 feet wide. This exceptional cultivar is considered by many to be the very best pink Lilac. Pale-pink, semi-double, perfumed flowers are held in clusters at the branch tips, the clusters are filled with wonderful star-shaped florets. Deep-green foliage on this 8-10′ shrub looks good all season; this plant makes a fine border or screen, especially along a walkway where you can enjoy the fragrance.
